Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz sent on Friday a verbal message to President of Somalia Hassan Sheikh Mohamud.
The message tackled bilateral relations between the Kingdom and Somalia and ways to bolster cooperation.
The message was delivered by Advisor at the Royal Court Ahmed Qattan during a meeting with the Somali leader in Mogadishu.
The officials reviewed bilateral ties between their countries and means to boost them in various fields.
They also covered regional and international developments of interest.
Mohamud stressed Somalia’s support for Riyadh’s bid to host Expo 2030. He also praised it for holding the first Saudi-African summit and the fifth Arab-African summit earlier this year.
